Buck was born on a wonderful farm in California. He was born into a litter of six brothers and sisters. The open fields and fresh air were wonderful to a husky like Buck. His life was perfect until three men came and bought the whole litter of dogs. Buck’s dreamful life was over, the rest of his family would be scattered across the continent. Buck was put into a small wood box not knowing where he was or where he was going. Buck traveled by ship, train, and truck until he got to his final destination, Canada. He was let out of his small box not knowing where he was or what he was going to do at this weird place.

This story is about Massie Block and her friends. Massie is a very rich girl. When her dad's old friend and his family move into the Block's guest house Massie meets a girl named Claire Lyons. Throughout the story, Massie and Claire dont get along. Claire meets a new friend. Massie has a crush on Lane's (Claire's new friend) brother Chris. So Massie hangs out with Lane and trys to get closer to her brother. But Massie really doesn't succeed. In the end, Massie and Claire become best friends.

Well the story begins as Massie Block , the most popular girl in school, was now hanging out with Claire, a girl who moved from Orlando, FL. Claire is a sweet, caring girl who meets new people at OCD School (Octavian Country Day). Massies friends, Kristen, Dylan,and Alicia, weren't making Claire feel very welcome there. They made fun of her all the time. Halloween was coming up and Massie and the girls were going to dress up as "Dirty Devils." Massie was getting the costumes ready to bring to school and was running late, she rushed out the door and forgot Claires Dirty Devil costume in her room. After the girls got dressed and they were walking through the halls, everyone complemented them and their costumes. Their shirts were torn and showed a lot of skin, but thats just what they wanted. All of a sudden, almost every girl ripped their shirt and thought they were cool. the Principal yelled at the girls a lot and they got in huge trouble, but in the end Massie and Claire became closer and were actually nice to each other.

The book "Cryptid Hunters" is about twins, Grace and Marty O'Hara. Their parents are world class photographers that go missing in the Amazon when their helicopter crashed. With their parents missing they are sent to live with their uncle they never knew they had. Their uncle Wolfe studies Cryptozoology. He searches for animals that have not been proven real. He plans to leave for the the Congolese jungle to look for a dinosaur that killed his wife. Wolfe isn't the only one who is looking for the dinosaur. Dr. Blackwood is looking to make money off of it. On the plane trip to take the kids back to their school for a month until summer vacation,the twins fall out of the plane with the provisions that Wolfe was going to use in the Congo. They have to dodge Dr. Blackwood's men and wait for Wolfe. Not everything goes as planned. You will have to read the book to see what happens.
