Skeleton Key is about Alex Rider, a 14 year-old British spy, who is sent to Cuba on an island to team up with CIA agents Glen Carver and Belinda Troy to stop a former general for the Soviet Union named Alexi Sarov from using a nuclear bomb to blow up Russia. He believes if he blows up Russia, it will regain power. They go to stop a salesman who sold Sarov the nuclear materials and he dies. When Alex, Glen, and Belinda try to break into Sarov's mansion located on an island called Skeleton Key, Belinda and Glen are killed and Alex is kept inside Sarov's property. Since Sarov lost his son, he treats Alex like his son, but will not let Alex leave the island to spoil his plans.Can Alex escape and stop the bomb? Read to find out!
