Band of Brothers is set in the 1940s during World War two, it is about two airborne companies, Easy, and 101st. It tracks their progress through the training camps all the way to D day. It tells how brutal and devastating war really is, from all of their battles to the emotional devastation of the soldiers and their families. It explains how the soldiers become so close friends that every one of them would give their lives for one and other.
